The Oak Panelled Room
This room is included with room hire. There is space for catering and a small kitchen. We are happy to provide tea and coffee for a small fee.
The Oak Panelled Room can also be booked on it’s own. Please contact us to enquire.
We can provide the following to each room on request, at an additional cost. (All equipment upgraded in 2019)
Lecture Hall - Laptop and Overhead Projector £40
Tempest Anderson - Laptop, Wall Monitor, Clickshare £40
Flipchart/Whiteboard: £5
Use of Overhead Projector/Wall Monitor only £25
Use of crockery and glasses when not booking YMS catering £20
General Facilities
Hours of hire:
Half Day: 09:00-12:30 or 13:00 - 17:30
Full Day: 09:00-17:30
Evening: 18:00~22.30
Weekend rates are per day and include the evening
Catering
Whilst our preferred in house caterer is Sally’s Kitchen, hire groups are welcome to use any caterer they wish and even cater themselves.
Sally’s Kitchen are able to cater for small groups or larger gatherings offering a variety of sandwich buffets.
Special menus are available for hire groups and can be provided by York Medical Society when making a room hire booking.
